In UV curable photoresist formulations, photoinitiator OXE01 can be used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators. It may be particularly suitable in color filter resists for imaging applications and in resists for black matrix fabrication for display applications. It can also be used in photosensitive polyamide formulations, spacer materials for liquid crystal displays, microlens materials, coatings, and dielectric or insulating layers.
