Applications

Polymerization Inhibitor 510 it is suitable for UV inks, UV coatings, UV adhesives, photoresists, and unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl monomers, and acrylate oligomers. It is mainly used to prevent the self-polymerization of UV coatings and ink formulations during storage, and to extend the storage period of light-curing resins. It is better than traditional inhibitors such as hydroquinone, p-methoxyphenol (MEHQ), etc. It is off-white powder, and usually dissolved in the corresponding monomer. It also exhibits excellent inhibitory effect during thermal polymerization. The recommended concentration is 0.01- 0.1%.
